Rubber calender mainly consists of rollers , gearbox , motor , machine rack , control cabinet . It is used to make more thickness rubber sheet from rubber mixing mill or used in conveyor belt production and tires production industry

1.The rollers are all smooth and they are hollow . It is made of alloy chilled cast iron ( LTGH) , and it is temper treatment 

2.chill depth of roller is  4-20mm , and its hardness of working surface is HS68-75

3.Two ends of every roller is fixed by roller ball bearing bush 

4.The cooling and heating of rollers adopt the closed type rotary joint . 

5.The Pedestal of machine is made of good quality H type steel , with annealing treat . It makes sure the pedestal can be anti vibration 

6.The rack of machine is welded by the good quality carbon steel ,with annealing treatment .

7.Gap adjusting is electrical control type 

8.The machine adopts the good quality hardened teeth gearbox 

9.The machine are installed with emergency brake device . 

10.The machine is lubricated by thin oil
